GWR ‘Grange’ Class Locomotive Nameplate No. 6811 “Cranbourne Grange”. The 4-6-0 was built at Swindon in 1936 and named after the house at Sutton Scotney, Hants. It was w/d from Oxley in 1964 and cut up at Cashmore’s, Newport. The splasher plate stamped “6811” in the back is painted plain green otherwise the nameplate is unrestored.
