A very unusual plate, a type normally used on diesel locomotives but a few were fitted to steam locos including this example which was carried by a 0-4-0ST new to NCB Lowca Colliery, later in Dec. 1950 to Solway as “Solway No. 2”, then William Pit and Ladysmith Washery. Scrapped Sept. 1976. 8.25×4.1in. |
