Cast brass Locomotive Nameplate “Seaton” plus its “West Country Class” scroll and full size well executed reproduction shield incorporating the painted coat of arms. “Seaton” was built in Dec. 1945 and later numbered 34020. Allocated to Exmouth Jct and Nine Elms withdrawal came in Sept. 1964 followed by cutting up by Birds, Morriston, Swansea. The nameplate and scroll are face restored and very lightly polished only. The nameplate is 49.5in. long. The shield 23x20in. o/all. |
