341 World War One mahogany cased Lineman’s Galvanometer. The dial lettered “GEC London, Witton & Manchester England”. Hinged top accesses four Sieman’s batteries to the rear storage area. V.g.c. n/s
342 “London Midland and Scottish Railway” bronze Plaque awarded for success in reducing engine casualties”. The plaque features a Princess Royal Class loco in relief and two brass columns for winners. An attractive Art Deco item on its original ebonised panel with rear support stand. 25x18in. o/all. n/s

350 Oval cast brass LNER ‘9×5’ Locomotive Works Numberplate “London & North Eastern Railway 7136 Rebuilt Stratford Works 1922”. As carried by the GER Class C53 built at Stratford in 1903 No. 136. Became LNER Class J70 No. 7136 later 8217 / 68217. Known as Tram Engines this example worked exclusively on the Wisbech and Upwell Tramway and was scrapped at Stratford in 1953, following storage at March MPD. A rare and desirable plate, face restored and displayed on a framed panel. Photographs of the loco accompany the lot. sold for £440
351 Wooden cased Signal Box Block Instrument with pegging handle and ivorine “Down Line” plate. sold for £120
352 “L&Y & L&N.W.Ry. Cos. Fleetwood” silver plated Fish Server by Walker & Hall. 12in. long. Top marked with the garter title. A scarce location for tableware. sold for £50
353 GWR mahogany drop cased Clock. The ex-service 12in. dial is written “BR-W” and the side bears a “GWR 259” ivorine plate. The chain driven fusee movement is held between shaped brass plates with turned pillars. Complete with pendulum marked “259” and key. sold for £640
