501 BR(M) fully flanged enamel Station Doorplate “Gentlemen”. Chip to top right edge. Good colour and shine. SOLD FOR

502 “G&SWR Ardrossan” oval painted steel Train Following Board. One face additionally painted “P” (passenger), the other “G” (goods). Original condition complete with loop handle. n/s

505 “No. 2121 Darlington 1950” oval engraved brass Locomotive Builder’s Plate. Face polished only, back stamped “3079”. 12.25×6.25in. As carried by the Ivatt Class 4 2-6-0 No. 43079. A regular Hull based engine until transfer to Royston in Oct. 1965. W/d from there Dec. 1966 and cut up by Draper’s Hull. SOLD FOR

508 Cast iron Locomotive Smokebox Numberplate “69549”. Lightly restored some time ago. The numerals unpainted. As carried by the N2 Class 0-6-2T. Built by the North British Loco Co. (22626 of 1921). A Kings Cross engine in BR days before moving to Grantham then New England. W/d from the latter Sept. 1961 and cut up at Doncaster. The plate is provided with a display stand. SOLD FOR

509 Great Central Railway Appleton’s Patent 3 aspect Handlamp. Body is stamped “GCR” and “M. Bourne Lincoln”. Complete with all fittings and glasses. V.g.c. and unrestored. SOLD FOR

513 A two gallon copper Urn stamped “LNER Acle”. Complete with brass knobbed copper lid, brass side handles and wooden handled brass tap. Probably from the station refreshment room. V.g.c. 15in. tall o/all. The station is on the Norwich – Yarmouth line. SOLD FOR
