1 North Eastern Railway Lamp Lighter’s Handlamp. Body is stamped both sides “NER Co.” Complete with rape oil vessel, wick lighter and stowage tube, hinged flap to access burner and small front lens. Unrestored and scarce. The lamp was used in service at Hawes station on the Wensleydale line. SOLD FOR

6 A GCR painted double sided wooden Carriage Board “Wigan / Lowton St. Marys”. Lovely original condition with shaded lettering. 30.75in. long. Wigan Central – Glazebrook line closed in Nov. 1964. n/s
7 Midland & Great Northern Joint Railway Station Wall Lamp with blue glass nameplate “Wryde”. Complete with vessel, burner, reflector, brandy glass globe and all glazing. V.g.c. and restored. 26in. high. The station on the Peterborough – Sutton Bridge line closed in Dec. 1957. SOLD FOR

31 Cast iron Locomotive Smokebox Numberplate “48143” as carried by the LMS ‘8F’ Class 2-8-0 built at Crewe in 1942. In BR days a 15B, 15A, 14A, 18A, 16D, 16G and was w/d from Colwick in Nov. 1966 and cut up by Draper’s, Hull. A well travelled engine! SOLD FOR
