1 Signal Box Diagram “Monsal Dale” dated 1966. Some scuffs otherwise good and in a glazed frame 32.5x13in. o/all. The station here on the Derby – Buxton line closed in Aug. 1959. sold for
2 LNER cast iron Station Platform Seat Nameplate “Ilkeston”. Face painted only a while ago. V.g.c. 28in. long. From the former GNR station re-named Ilkeston North in 1950 and closed Sept. 1964. sold for
3 “LMS Hotels 1939” base marked Art Deco style china Pen Tray / Inkwell by Royal Doulton. V.g.c. and complete with Bakelite ink pot insert. Ex-Queens Hotel, Leeds. 5x5in. x 3.25in. high. sold for
4 LNER Platform Lamp Vessel plated “Meldreth”. Complete with brass burner and glass chimney. Restored. A station on the Cambridge – Hitchin line. sold for
5 Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway small steel Magnet clearly marked “LYR Co” in its original fitted mahogany case also company marked. Superb and unusual item. sold for
6 Great Western Railway fully titled “Private Path” cast iron Notice. Face restored only. sold for
7 Brass Clock Key marked “LYR” and the makers name “R. Thompson Birmingham” with a crown and anchor. V.g.c. sold for

9 Original Pen and gouache Painting by Graham Wheatley depicting LMS Compound 4-4-0 No. 1095 departing St. Pancras. A fine image on art paper in a glazed frame with card mount 23x19in. o/all. sold for
10 “LMS Appin” brass plated leather Cash Bag with closing strap. Some wear to the leather but a nice item from the former Caledonian Railway. The Ballachulish branch station closed in March 1966. sold for
11 “Great Northern Railway Beware of the Trains look both up and down the line before you cross” cast iron Notice. V.g.c. and face restored only. sold for
12 London & South Western Railway miniature 3 aspect Handlamp stamped “LSWR” on top and body. Complete with all fittings and glasses. Unpainted apart from traces of original green. sold for
13 Double royal pictorial Poster “GWR & LMS Chester” by Claude Muncaster issued in 1937. Laid on thin board and laminated. Vibrant colours. sold for
14 LMS (Lancashire & Yorkshire Rly. pattern) 3 aspect Handlamp. Stamped “Bolton” and all usual parts are further stamped “LMS”. A scarce transitional lamp in v.g.c. and complete with all fittings and glasses. sold for
15 Brass faced steel Single Line Tablet engraved “Boscarne Junc – Bodmin” and stamped “Not in use”. Complete with its original pouch & hoop, the brass back plate to the turn button stamped “Bodmin Wadebridge Rly”. V.g.c. throughout. sold for
16 Pullman Coupe brass Wall Lamp complete with its original tulip glass shade. Very good condition. sold for

18 Cast iron Locomotive Smokebox Numberplate “90015” as carried by the Austerity 2-8-0 built by the North British Loco Co (25224 of 1943) to the War Dept as No. 77354, becoming LNER No. 3015 in Feb. 1947. Shedded at March, Mexborough, Colwick and New England it was w/d May 1963 and cut up at Doncaster. The smokebox is in fine ex-loco condition as purchased direct from BR by our vendor. sold for
19 “LNER” and “LMS” wooden backed Clothes Brushes. The company initials picked out in inset ivorine pin dots. V.g.c. (2). sold for
20 “L & SWR Co. 9113 Eastleigh Works” large oval cast iron Wagon Plate. Nicely restored. sold for
21 Wooden cased Crossing Repeater Instrument with “Down Line” and “Up Line” needle dials. V.g.c. sold for

24 “LMS Built 1926 Derby” oval cast brass Locomotive Works Plate as carried by the Class 4F 0-6-0 No. 44223. Face lightly restored only, the bolt holes enlarged. 10.3x6in. sold for
25 Midland Railway all copper Platform Wall Lamp complete with all glasses, vessel, burner & glass chimney. V.g.c. 24in. tall. sold for
26 GNR enamel Poster Board Header “Great Northern”. Chipping as per photo and a very minor loss to top right corner. Very good colour and shine. 55.75in. long. sold for
27 Dinorwic Slate Quarries Railway Carriage Pot Lamp. Two brass plates to the chimney “Ridsdales Railway Lamp and Lighting Company Limited Minories London” and “Shallis & Thomas Patent No. 14798”. Complete and unrestored. n/s
28 Signal Box Diagram “Plumtree” between Nottingham Midland and Melton Mowbray showing up and down sidings and goods shed 1963. A year before the layout was simplified. 38x14in. Rolled. sold for
29 Highland Railway glass Carafe. Nicely etched “H. RY. CO” below a decorative indented perimeter band and a fluted neck. V.g.c. 6.5in. tall. sold for
30 “LMS Station Hotel Inverness” fluted Tumbler with acid etched garter title to the face. V.g.c. 5in. tall. sold for

32 Glazed stoneware Flagon impressed “Robert Drane Wine & Spirit Merchant Eccles Road Station Norfolk”. By Doulton and in v.g.c. 10.5in. tall. The station between Thetford and Wymondham opened in July 1845. sold for
33 Aluminium Single Line Tablet inscribed “East Winch – Swaffham”. A section of the former GER Kings Lynn to Dereham line. sold for
34 Southern Railway Locomotive Headlamp (LNER pattern) marked “SR” in the chimney. Complete with flip over red lens, vessel and burner and v.g.c. Unrestored. sold for

36 North Eastern Railway Handbell with raised “NER” letters and a polished wooden handle with suspension ring. Complete with clapper 12.5in. tall. sold for
37 Carriage Print “Rufford Abbey, Nottinghamshire” by Kenneth Steel from the LNER 1945 – 55 series. In an original type glazed frame. sold for
38 Three folding linen 6 inch Ordnance Maps: Great Dalby, John O’ Gaunt area; Marefield, Tilton area; Ingarsby, Thurnby, Lowesby area. All are dated 1904 script written “Private Sidings Department”, GNR and GN & LNW Joint Lines highlighted. Each opens out to 39.75x28in. All in v.g.c. (3). sold for
39 Cast aluminium Locomotive Builders Plate “Beyer Peacock (Hymek) Ltd. Serial No. 7968 Manchester 1962 Diesel Engine Bristol Siddeley Coventry. Transmission J. Stone & Co. Deptford”. Face repainted Rail Blue, the back superb ex-loco retaining original loco green paintwork. 12.75x5in. As carried by the BR Class 35 Diesel Loco No. D7064 built Jan. 1963 and w/d Oct. 1971. It was cut up at BREL Swindon in Sept. 1972. (See next lot). sold for
40 An ‘O’ gauge electric Model of the BR ‘Hymek’ Diesel Locomotive No. D7064. Featuring a plastic body on cast brass bogies with steel wheels. The model is well detailed with cab fittings, glazed windows, individual number & worksplates, air horns, sandboxes, roof fan, reporting numbers, air hoses and sprung buffers etc. Finished in 2 tone green with white window surrounds. V.g.c. 14in. long o/all. sold for
41 24 Whole Edmondson Travel Tickets relating to the GN & LNWR Joint line and the Leicester Belgrave Road to Marefield Jct. line. Issuing stations include East Norton, John O’ Gaunt, Tilton, Lowesby, Humberstone, Great Dalby, Ingarsby, Hallaton and Thurnby. Most are un-issued but condition is very good. There are also two return half tickets from Tilton and Melton Mowbray. (26). sold for
42 “GN & GE 67” cast iron Bridge Plate. Face restored only. A farm crossing structure between Saxilby and Sykes Junction. sold for
43 MR cast iron Ticket Dater. Top bears an “Edmondson’s Patent” oval brass plate and is marked “Midland Railway” in full. Original paintwork. 10in. tall o/all. sold for
