51 Pair of “British Railways Danger Don’t Touch Conductor Rails” small enamel Notices each 12.5x10in. Both different regarding underlining of certain words. Good condition. (2). SOLD FOR
52 Four Albums of Photographs taken by Peter Pike, former Evercreech Jct. Station Master including some negatives sold with copyright. Subjects include S&D, Chippenham area, final night at Calne and last day on the M&SWJR at Foss Cross & Cirencester. SOLD FOR
53 Cast iron Locomotive Smokebox Number Plate “48537”. Face restored only a while ago. As carried by the (LMS) 8F Class 2-8-0 built at Doncaster in 1945 (Works No. 1990) on loan to the LNER and the LMS in 1947. A Holbeck, Stourton and Royston loco w/d from the latter in Oct. 1967 and cut up at Cashmores, Great Bridge. SOLD FOR
54 Cast iron fully titled “Southern Railway Ashford Inspection Cover” from the loco works. Original condition. 24x15in. SOLD FOR
55 BR(S) fully flanged enamel Station Totem Sign “Higham”. Good colour and shine and in v.g.c. SOLD FOR
56 LSWR metal cased Lamp Repeater by the British Power Railway Signal Co. Ltd. London. Brass plate affixed “R6”. Shows “On / Off” banner and “In / Out” flag. V.g.c. 9.5in. tall. SOLD FOR
57 GWR wooden Milepost Top. Two angled faces with applied numerals to show “59 3/4”. V.g.c. and restored. Ex- Berks and Hants route. SOLD FOR
58 Somerset & Dorset Joint Railway 3 aspect large Midland pattern Handlamp. Body is stamped “MR Co.” and top has a large brass plate “S&DJR 3979A”. Complete with all fittings and glasses and in fine condition. SOLD FOR
59 LMS Guards 15 jewel Pocket Watch with large Arabic numerals. The nicely aligned case back inscribed “LMS 6449”. A heavy watch in v.g.c. and working order. SOLD FOR

66 BR(SR) copy Signal Box Diagrams: Bournemouth Central Goods, Pokesdown, Branksome, Brockenhurst ‘A’, Brockenhurst ‘B’, Lymington Jct., Totton. All show electric lights and semaphores and are folded. Together with nine BR(SR) South West Division signalling instructions all complete with folding diagrams. SOLD FOR

69 GWR Locomotive Nameplate “Mawley Hall” with its cast brass Cabside Numberplate “5959” as carried by the 49XX ‘Hall’ Class built in 1936. A Taunton and Tyseley loco in BR days it was w/d in Sept. 1962 and cut up at Cashmore’s, Great Bridge. The plates are in fine condition retaining ex-loco paintwork. The backs cleaned otherwise ex-loco condition. n/s

71 LSWR glass Spirit Flask with hallmarked silver cap and drinking cup superbly inscribed “From the Engineers Staff L&SW Ry. May 1890” and bearing the recipients ornate monogram “DW” or “WD”? SOLD FOR
72 GWR pre-grouping fluted top Handlamp. Notched brass ring to top. “GWR” stamped both sides of rear handle box. Complete with “GWR” vessel, all fittings and glasses. V.g.c. and unrestored. SOLD FOR
73 Pair of Great Western Railway Carriage Interior cast iron Luggage Rack Brackets each incorporating “GWR” in the decorative scrollwork. SOLD FOR
74 A Policeman’s wooden Truncheon from the “Jersey Eastern Railway Company”. Decorated with the title and shield arms and on the reverse “1873 Ed. Morant Constable of St. Clement and Chairman”. An unusual short style truncheon 10.75in. long. SOLD FOR
