509 Oval cast brass Locomotive Builders Plate “Sharp Stewart & Co. Limited Atlas Works Glasgow No. 4486 – 1899”. As carried by the Great Northern Railway, later LNER Class J52 0-6-0ST. No. 4241 / 8840 / 68840. A long term New England loco it moved to Doncaster in March 1957 and to the Works in Jan 1958 as Departmental No. 9. W/d Feb 1961 and cut up at the Works. 9.25x6in. SOLD FOR
