401 GCR Platform Wall Lamp Case. Complete with glazing and back mounted reflector but lacks vessel. Good ex-station condition 26in. tall. SOLD FOR
402 A LNWR Fletchers Signal Box metal cased Signal Indicator Instrument. The face plate inscribed “Signal Repeater Fletcher’s System L&NWRy. Tele Dept. Stockport No. 1656”. V.g.c. together with an incomplete instrument inscribed “L&NWRy. Electrical & Signal Dept. Crewe No. 2109”. This face plate is also marked “HR”. (2). SOLD FOR
403 Hull Barnsley & West Riding Junction Railway cast iron Rail Chair dated 1883. V.g.c. SOLD FOR
404 North Eastern Railway Hotel Page Boy’s Cap with “NER” ornate badge in gilt script wire above a silk band. V.g.c. and rare. SOLD FOR
405 LNER 4 aspect Handlamp with brass plate “London & North Eastern Railway MGN Wisbech”. Complete with all fittings and glasses except orange aspect. restored. The M&GN Wisbech station closed in March 1959. SOLD FOR
406 Midland Railway enamel Signal Box Board “Wisbech Sidings East”. A chipped hole to the ‘W’ otherwise v.g.c. and in a wooden frame 65×8.5in. o/all. The sidings box was north of Peterborough just before the M&GN line crossed the East Coast Main Line. SOLD FOR
407 Painted mahogany framed LNER Mirror bearing the company initials on the face. Good original ex-service condition. 21.5x15in. o/all. SOLD FOR
408 LNER cast brass ‘9×5’ Locomotive Works Numberplate “LNER 60933 (on a strip) Doncaster Works 1941”. Unrestored as carried by the ‘V2’ Class 2-6-2 shedded at St. Margaret’s 64A for most of the BR period and w/d from there in Dec. 1962 and cut up at Campbell’s Airdrie in Sept. 1963. SOLD FOR
409 North Staffordshire Railway 3 aspect Handlamp stamped “NSR” in body and aspect drum. Brass plated “T. Bird Guard”. Complete with “NSR” vessel, all fittings and glasses. Unrestored. SOLD FOR
410 “Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway” silver Teaspoon bearing the full company title and coat of arms in coloured enamels surmounted by the crown of Queen Victoria. V.g.c. SOLD FOR
411 Cast iron Locomotive Shedplate “52G” (Sunderland). Face restored only. SOLD FOR
412 GN & GE Platform Lamp Case with “Ruskington” nameglass and previously wired for electricity. Complete with glass side and roof panels but two are cracked. Has decorative ears to the corners and the ball finial whilst correct is a replacement. A fine lamp which restoration would re-pay. 28in. tall. SOLD FOR
413 Carriage Print “Balmoral Castle, Aberdeenshire” by Kenneth Steel from the BR(Sc) Region 1956 – 57 series. V.g.c. and in an original type frame glazed with clear acrylic. SOLD FOR
414 Midland Railway Signal Box Flap Indicator, the brass plates inscribed “Junction Points to GNR Bolted” and “Junction Points to GNR Unbolted”. Unrestored. SOLD FOR

420 Liverpool Overhead Railway double royal pictorial Poster advertising a round trip of 13 miles giving unrivalled views of docks and shipping. A fine view of the Mersey and docks by ‘WT’. V.g.c. and backed on linen. SOLD FOR
421 A painted wooden Gradient Board from the ex-NER Wensleydale line “117 / 194”. Ex-lineside condition with a fixing hole through the centre. 48×10.5in. SOLD FOR

427 Cast aluminium Locomotive Shedplate “86A” (Cardiff Canton). SOLD FOR
428 Great Central Railway 3 aspect sliding knobs Handlamp. Body stamped “GCR 25671” and bears a large brass plate “GCR 25671 Sutton in Ashfield”. Complete with “GCR” inner drum, “GCR” vessel, all fittings & glasses and restored but not polished. A superb local lamp indeed. SOLD FOR
429 “London & N.W. Ry. Co. Refreshment Rooms Rugby” two compartment china Condiment Dish by Copeland. The oval title cartouche to both sections. Some very well executed restoration looks good. SOLD FOR
430 Bronze Single Line Key inscribed “Corrour – Tulloch 6”. A section of the former NBR West Highland Line running along the banks of Loch Treig. SOLD FOR
431 Carriage Print. BR(LMR) “Euston, Broad Street, Watford and Richmond Lines” route diagram in a wooden frame with narrow slip mount. SOLD FOR
432 Cast iron Chimney reputedly from the LMS ‘Jubilee’ Class 4-6-0 No. 45562 “Alberta”, the Holbeck celebrity loco in the final days of steam. The chimney is in good condition and the successful bidder will be required to collect from an address in York by prior arrangement. n/s
433 BR(ER) quad royal Poster “Map of Norfolk” (post 1960) showing rail lines and vignettes of personages, buildings and views. Edge nicks and a central fold. SOLD FOR

437 Mahogany cased Signal Box Block Instrument with routing handle locked with peg and chain. Levers either side activate or cancel “Free” display via a plain green flag. Mechanism is complete but may need oiling. SOLD FOR

444 A steel Smokebox Door reputedly from the ‘A3’ Locomotive “Flying Scotsman” when this door was being replaced during the engine’s re-fit. It is in good condition and carries a replica “60103” numberplate and a turned wooden centre dart assembly for effect purposes. Successful bidder to collect from an address in York by arrangement. n/s

447 Pair of original 1925 pictorial Advertising Showcards for “Mattamac featherweight stormproof rainwear which folds into a small handful”. Artwork by Collar shows a lady and gent modelling the garments. In matching glazed frames 30×20.75in. o/all. each. (2). SOLD FOR
448 LNER ‘9×5’ cast brass Locomotive Works Numberplate “London & North Eastern Railway 1788 1921”. Face painted only and polished. A Cowlairs cast plate as carried by the ex-GNR later K2 Class 2-6-0 No. 4698 / 1788 / 61788 named “Loch Rannoch” built by Kitson, Leeds (5348 of 1921). Named in July 1933. A Fort William and Eastfield engine in BR days, it was w/d from the latter in June 1961 and cut up at Cowlairs Works. SOLD FOR
449 Carriage Print “Overy Staithe, Norfolk” by Acanthus from the 1948-55 series. One of only two prints by this artist. Light damp marks to bottom corners. In an original glazed frame. SOLD FOR
