201 Railway Executive quad royal pictorial Poster “An Engine is Wheeled Derby Locomotive Works” by Terence Cuneo. One small edge tear, minor nicks and folds.
202 LNER enamel Station Lamp Post Sign “Tuxford North”. Good ex-station condition. 12x5in.
203 LNER 4 aspect Handlamp brass plated “London & North Eastern Railway North Drove”. From the M&GN Joint Line. Complete with all fittings and glasses except orange aspect. Restored. (See also lot no. 191).
204 Cast iron Wagon Plate “E. Hancock Junr. Spalding Owner 10”. Restored a while ago. 7.4×5.6in.
205 GNR Nameglass “Grimoldby” from a Station Platform Lamp. V.g.c. 14.75in. long The father of the actor Donald Pleasance was Station Master here.
206 M&GNJR brass Signal Box Instrument Plates “Welland Bank” and “To Clay Lake”. (2).
207 “Gainsborough Station GN & GE Ry” brass headed Office Stamp on a turned wooden handle. Very good condition.
208 LNER 4 aspect Handlamp brass plated “London & North Eastern Railway Swineshead”. An unusual style handlamp for the LNER manufactured by Veritas Lamp Works and bearing their makers plates on the top and vessel. Complete with all fittings and glasses except orange aspect and is unpainted.
209 Ivorine Signal Box Instrument Plates: “Sleaford Sth Increment Relay Battery”, “”Sunday Working From Sleaford East”, “Platform To West St. Jcn”, “Joint Line Mill Green”, “Up & Dn Main Lines No.1”, “Main Line No.3” and “Down Goods Loop To Mill Green”. (7).
210 GNR large 3 aspect Handlamp brass plated “Great Northern Railway Company Hall Hills 3” and “T. Knight & Co. Highgate Works Leopold St. Birmingham” (makers). The left side of the body is painted “GNR Engineers Dept. No. 1. Section Louth”. Complete with all fittings and glasses and restored.
211 An Album containing 90 Handbills relating mainly to Lincolnshire from the GNR, GCR, M&GN, LNER and BR Companies.
212 Great Eastern Railway 3 aspect sliding knobs Handlamp stamped “GER” and brass plated “Guard J. Dunmore Whitemoor”. Complete with all fittings, glasses, GER vessel and back handle. Restored.
213 LNER cast iron “Number Takers” Doorplate. A scarce example in fine original condition.
214 “J. G. Williamson Empty Old North Road Stn.” brass Milk Churn Label. A former LNWR station on the Bedford to Cambridge Line closed in Jan. 1968.
215 M&GNJR enamel Signal Box Board “Gedney”. The original wooden frame is in good condition, the enamel a little faded. Complete with original hanging brackets. 33.5×10.5in.

217 Leather Cash Bag with brass plate “LNER Gosberton to Spalding” good condition and complete with LNER brass closing disc.
218 GNR 3 aspect Handlamp stamped “GNR 18351” top and body and date stamped for 1913. The body is painted “GNR Engineers Dept. No. 7 Gang Midville”. Complete with all fittings and glasses. Fine original condition.

225 “LNER New Bolingbroke” brass plated Station Master’s brass Office Lamp on a cast iron fluted base. Good condition complete with brass burner and glass chimney. 23in. tall overall base and chimney.

227 “GER Makers 1895 Stratford Works” oval cast iron Coach Plate. Face restored only. 9x7in.

229 Midland & Great Northern Joint Railway 3 aspect Handlamp stamped in the top, body and vessel “M&GNJR”. Brass plated “M&GNJR Twenty 14021 M&GNJR”. Complete with all fittings and glasses. Restored.
230 LNWR cast iron Signal Box Lever Description Plate “Up Peterboro To Goods Home Or Draw Ahead”. V.g.c. and face restored only.
231 “LNER Stallingborough” brass Office Stamp on a turned wooden handle. V.g.c.
232 Large engraved brass Locomotive Builder’s Plate “Great Northern Ry. Co. Makers Doncaster Works No. 1229 1909”. As carried by the D2 Class 4-4-0 GNR No. 44 which became 3044 in 1924 and 2196 in 1946. The loco was withdrawn in May 1947 and cut up at Doncaster Works. A fine plate lightly face polished only. 17.3×9.5in.
233 “GNR Lincoln” silver-plated Half Pint Tankard. The title very nicely inscribed in a garter device. 3.5in. tall.
234 GNR Oil Can with copper plate “Rape Oil Only” and brass plate “LNER Return To Grantham Oil Stores”. V.g.c. complete with stopper and swing handle. 14in. tall.
235 “GNR Refreshment Rooms Leicester” brass Cash Bag Label on its leather backing.
236 LNER, GNR pattern 3 aspect Handlamp dated 1926. Brass plated “London & North Eastern Railway Waddington”. Complete with all glasses and fittings except burner. Restored.
237 A Bag containing 20 ivorine and trafolite Signal Box Instrument Plates relating to the M&GNJR.

241 “GN & GE 101” oval cast iron Bridge Numberplate from Park Drain Syphon Bridge between Misterton and Finningley. Ex-bridge condition.
242 Nine “G.C.Rly” embossed glass Beer Bottles (all different colours) with one retaining its original “Great Central Railway Grimsby” screw stopper. Together with three “Great Central Railway” embossed clear glass spirit Bottles of different sizes. All are clean and in v.g.c. (11).
243 Metal Platform Lamp Interior Vessel plated “LNER Holton le Moor”. Complete with brass burner which requires soldering at the base and brass filler cap.
244 Leather Cash Bag brass plated “GNR Coaching Peterboro”. Good condition and complete with LNER brass closing disc.
245 GNR 3 aspect Handlamp stamped “GNR 18285” top and body and brass plated “Great Northern Railway Company Coningsby 1”. Complete with all fittings and glasses and restored.
246 GNR engraved brass Signal Box Instrument Plates “To North Junction” and “To Kirkby Laythorpe”. (2).
247 LNER ‘split pattern’ cast iron Milepost “0 Miles 0 yds. To Sleaford” on two plates with mitred edges to join at 45 degrees to a wooden post.
248 LNER enamel Station Seat Back Nameplate “Louth” in v.g.c. 10.5in. long.
249 Great Central Railway 3 aspect sliding knobs Handlamp stamped “5188” and with large brass plate “GCR 5188 New Holland”. Complete with MSLR lining drum, GCR vessel, all fittings and glasses and restored.
250 “Wm. Foster & Co. Ltd. Lincoln, England. Manufacturers No. 4003” cast iron Agricultural Makers Plate circa 1910. Face painted only. 18.25×5.25in.
