LNER oak cased mahogany stained Dining Car Clock. The original 7.5in highly decorated engraved silvered dial is lettered “LNER” and is set within a brass surround with a cast brass lockable bezel and bevelled edge glass. The side of the case bears an ivorine label numbered “31868”. A superb timepiece in full working order complete with original dual function key which winds the movement and unlocks the bezel. The case measures 252x259mm. (9.9x10.2in) with two original brass mounting plates recessed into the back panel. |
