385 Enamel Advertising Sign. Double sided “Lyons Tea” with wall fixing flange. One significant edge chip to one face only. Very good colour and shine. 16.25x12in. 398 Small wooden Carriage Board painted “Crewe / Liverpool” with metal end straps. Fine condition. 28in. long.
386 “LMS Steamers” small china Chamber Pot by Royal Cauldon with bands of laurel leaves and gold. The title base marked. v.g.c. 7in. dia. 399 Cast iron Locomotive Shedplate “55C” (Farnley Junction). Ex-loco condition with original North Eastern Region orange paint.
387 Oval cast iron ‘9x5’ Locomotive Tender Builders Plate “London & North Eastern Railway 7138 Doncaster Works 1936”. Face painted only. The bolt holes slightly enlarged during removal. The tender was originally allocated to ‘V2’ Class Loco No. 4773 / 60802. In 1941 it was transferred to sister loco 4780 / 60809 “The Snapper. The East Yorkshire Regiment. The Duke of York’s Own” until withdrawal in 7/1964. The loco was unusually cut up at Swindon Works in 10/1964. 400 LNWR brass cased Locomotive Pressure Gauge. The dial lettered “L&NW Ry” and “Schaffer & Budenberg Ltd” is graduated to 240 p.s.i. The case flange is clearly marked “LNWR” twice. v.g.c. 7.5in. dia. o/all.

389 Highland Railway Section Single Line Token Exchange Hoop. The leather pouch has double compartments for a tablet and a key, secured by two buckles. v.g.c. and unusual. 401 “Virgin” cast aluminium Nose Cone Plaque from Class 220 Virgin Voyager Unit No. 60308 from Set No. 220008. Good ex-vehicle condition 10.25x10 in o/all.
390 Carriage Print “Deeping St. James, Lincolnshire” by Freda Marston from the LNER 1945-47 Series. A tranquil view of the stone bridge over the River Welland still carrying traffic today. v.g.c. and in an original type glazed frame. 402 Enamel Advertising Sign. “Wills’s Gold Flake Cigarettes”. Chips to edges mainly and a bumped corner. Very good colour and shine. 72x18in.
391 An LNER Office Stamp. The brass head incised “LNER Howsham” on a turned wooden handle. v.g.c. A former GCR station between Lincoln and Barnetby closed in Nov. 1965. 403 Cast iron Locomotive Shedplate “36A” (Doncaster). Face restored only. As carried by 0-6-0 DE Shunter No. D3478 which did not receive a ‘Tops’ number. It was built at Darlington Jan 1958 and w/d for cut up by Booths of Rotherham in 1969.
392 An LNER Office Stamp. the brass head incised “LNER Moortown for Caistor” on a turned wooden handle. v.g.c. A former GCR station, next but one to Howsham also closed in Nov. 1965. 404 Great Northern Hotels silver plated half pint Tankard with a Nottingham makers details to base. Clearly face marked “GNH” and in good condition with some service plate wear to the handle and foot rim.
393 NER 10 in. oak cased roundhead Wall Clock. The ex-service dial is written “BR(NE) 15688” and the dovetailed, jointed back box encloses the fusee movement. Assumed in working order and complete with pendulum and key. The clock was last located in the former MR Signal Box at Bolton Abbey between Ikley and Skipton closed in 1965. 405 Oval cast brass Locomotive Builders Plate “Hudswell Clarke & Co. Ltd. Railway Foundry Leeds England DM 794 1954”. Good ex-loco condition 8.25x4in. As carried by a 26.5in gauge 0-6-0 DM flameproof loco new to NCB Calverton Colliery, Nottingham. It later moved to Bestwood and Gedling Collieries also in the Nottingham area and was abandoned underground when the latter colliery closed in Nov. 1991.
394 LNER ‘Coronation’ ware silver plated Hot Water Pot by Walker & Hall. Crisply face mraked with the ‘LNER’ stepped initials associated with this streamlined train. 406 “Great Northern , North Eastern and North British Railways East Coast Express Route” fully titled card Diagram showing the companies routes through Britain. A superb item incorporating the companies coats of arms, details of hotels and route destinations. v.g.c. and in a glazed frame 37.5x17.8in. o/all.
395 Brass Locomotive Whistle as carried by a BR Class 9F 2-10-0 Loco. Fine unpolished condition complete with mounting and lever. 14.6in. tall. 407 “East Coast Joint Stock” original Coat of Arms Transfer nicely mounted onto a polished ply board. 15.5x13.4in.
396 GWR official wooden Jigsaw Puzzle “The Fishguard Army 1797”. Complete and in v.g.c. Together with its blue marbled box also in v.g.c. 408 A matching pair of LMS Cart Rear Lamps with red bullseye lenses. Both are stamped “LMSR” and are complete with “LMS” vessels, burners and reflectors. Very good condition and restored. (2).
397 LNER (GNR pattern) 3 aspect Handlamp. Top stamped “LNER”. Body is stamped “P’Boro” and painted “New England”. Later re-location paintwork lettered “Grantham 39”. Complete with vessel, burner, reflector and all glasses. Unrestored but v.g.c.
