GWR pre-grouping copper topped Handlamp with brass collar. The body is stamped “GWR” and has an oval brass no. plate “14663”. Complete with original part copper “GWR” vessel, “GWR” burner, reflector and all glasses. Vertical crack to blue otherwise v.g.c. and a superb example. |

A rare pattern of Great Northern Railway Signal Lamp Interior which bears a metal plate “Billingboro”. The upper section supported on 4 steel rods and the burner is enclosed with a cylindrical glass. Complete with burner, brass filler bung, copper chimney and cap. Very good unrestored condition. Billingborough & Horbling station was on the Bourne - Sleaford line closed very early in Sept. 1930. Relics from this line are very hard to find. |
